Yoon Kihyun received a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio and Wave Engineering at Kwangwoon University, Seoul, Korea, in 2008. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Korea Advanced institute of Science & Technology [KAIST], in Daejeon, Korea. He has been working on crosstalk in 3D stacked IC using Through Silicon Via over gigahertz. His current research interest is to analyze crosstalk and to design novel TSV structure immune to coupling effect in high-speed system.
