Kim Ju Whan was born in Young-Dong, Chung-Book Province, South Korea in 1984. He graduated from Chung-Book Science High School, Chung-Ju in 2002 and received a Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Industrial Design at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology [KAIST], Daejeon, in 2006. His graduation work was a media embedded furniture to service emotional connection for families living apart. He is currently an M.Sc. candidate in the same institute the under supervision of Professor Nam Tek Jin in the Collaboration and Interaction Design Research Laboratory. His academic concern is primarily focused on new media/technology to facilitate instinctive and efficient interaction between humans and computers. westyle@kaist.ac.kr
