Han Dongwook

Han Dongwook is now a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology [KAIST] and works in the Corrosion and Energy Storage Laboratory. He was born in 1983 in Jin-ju, Korea and received both his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at KAIST. His primary research field is the lithium secondary battery for hybrid and electric vehicles and his research objective is to develop an advanced cathode material with high energy/power and high safety. For this purpose, he currently searching for a promising cathode material group (LiMPO4, M = Fe, Co) with an olivine structure. handongwook@kaist.ac.kr
