Shin Hosun received a Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology [KAIST], Daejeon, Korea, in 2007. He has been working on the size effects on metallic nanowires. His current research interests are size-dependent growth stress and surface relaxation effect in nanowire.
