Ha Son Tung was born in BacGiang, Vietnam. He gained his Bachelor in Organic Chemistry from the College of Science, Vietnam National University (VNU), Hanoi. While an undergraduate student, he was admitted to the VNU's Honors Program for talented students and achieved many prizes for both his scientific research and social activities. After graduating in 2007, he won a full scholarship from KAIST and became a Master's candidate in the Chemical and Biomolecular Department there. He now belongs to the Polymer Nanomaterial Labs under the supervision of Prof. O Ok Park. He is also a member of the Korea Polymer Association. His interests are in synthesizing highly monodisperse nanoparticles such as polystyrene and silica, fabricating photonic crystals, nano-patterns based on colloidal crystal and the phase separation of block-copolymers. guitar0404@yahoo.com
