Jeong Bongjoo

Jeong Bongjoo was born in Chungju in 1982 and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology [KAIST], Daejeon, Korea. He received a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Pusan National University, in Busan, Korea and during the studied optimizing the operation sequence of transfer tasks for a rail crane in a container port. He was involved in several other projects related to container ports because Busan is the biggest port city in Korea. In order to study scheduling problems in the other fields, he came to his current position in 2008. His current research interest relates to the scheduling of flow-shop problems given certain constraints. peterjbj@kaist.ac.kr
