Lee Sangrok

Lee SangRok received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Information & Communication Engineering from Chungnam National University, Deajeon, Korea in 2008 and he is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from KAIST [the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology], Deajeon. He has been working on metal to metal crosstalk analysis on 3D-ICs using TSV over gigahertz. His current research interest is on inductor to clk tree coupling analysis & modeling in high-speed mixed-mode system, using quasi-coaxial structure and shielding films for noise isolation between mixed-mode chips in 3D-ICs. His research includes electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI).
